Welcome to ReckMe! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ReckMe mobile application and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

To use ReckMe, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Not be prohibited from using the Service by law
• Not have a previously banned or terminated account
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at any time.

3. Account Registration and Security

• Google Sign-In
• Apple Sign-In
• Phone number verification

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities under your account
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

3.3 Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Harass or abuse other users
• Post prohibited content
• Create fake or duplicate accounts

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Impersonate any person or entity
• Post false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Use the Service for commercial solicitation
• Harass, stalk, or threaten other users
• Use automated systems (bots) to access the Service
• Collect user information without consent
• Attempt to hack or compromise the Service

4.2 Prohibited Content

Do not post content that is:

• Sexually explicit or pornographic
• Violent, threatening, or hateful
• Discriminatory or offensive
• Illegal or promotes illegal activity
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains viruses or malicious code

4.3 Reporting Violations

Report violations through the in-app reporting feature or contact support@reckme.com.

5. Service Features

5.1 Matching and Discovery

• Browse and discover potential matches
• Like or pass on profiles
• Super Like to show special interest
• Match with users who like you back

5.2 Communication

• Send and receive text messages
• Share photos and voice messages
• Video/audio calls (when implemented)

5.3 Premium Services

Access additional features through paid services:

• Cuddle service
• Date service
• Bed sharing service
• Massage parlour discovery
• Enhanced matching preferences

5.4 Location Services

• Location-based matching
• Distance filters
• Nearby user discovery

6. Payments and Wallet

6.1 Virtual Wallet

• Add funds to your wallet via Razorpay
• Use wallet balance for services
• Transaction history available in-app

6.2 Pricing

• Service prices displayed in INR
• Prices subject to change with notice
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated

6.3 Payment Processing

• Payments processed securely by Razorpay
• We do not store full payment card details
• Transaction fees may apply

6.4 Refunds

• Refund eligibility determined case-by-case
• Request refunds within 7 days of transaction
• Processing time: 5-10 business days
• Wallet balance is non-refundable except as required by law

7. Content and Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us:

• Worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute
• Right to modify for technical purposes
• Right to remove content that violates Terms

7.2 Our Content

ReckMe and its content are protected by:

• Copyright
• Trademark
• Other intellectual property laws

You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

7.3 User-Generated Content

We are not responsible for:

• Accuracy of user-provided information
• User interactions and relationships
• Content posted by other users

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using ReckMe, you consent to:

• Collection and processing of your personal data
• Use of cookies and tracking technologies
• Location data collection and usage
• Communications from ReckMe

9. Safety and Interactions

9.1 User Verification

While we implement verification measures:

• We cannot guarantee user identity
• You are responsible for your interactions
• Use caution when meeting users in person

9.2 Safety Guidelines

• Meet in public places for first meetings
• Tell friends/family about your plans
• Trust your instincts
• Report suspicious behavior
• Never share financial information

9.3 No Background Checks

We do not conduct criminal background checks. You are responsible for your safety and due diligence.

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but:

• Service may be unavailable due to maintenance
• We may modify or discontinue features
• No guarantee of 100% uptime
• Temporary outages may occur

We are not liable for service interruptions.

11. Disclaimers

11.1 No Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties:

• No guarantee of matches or relationships
• No warranty of specific results
• No guarantee of user authenticity

11.2 No Professional Services

ReckMe is not:

• A dating counseling service
• A background check service
• A medical or therapy service
• A guarantee of romantic success

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for user conduct or interactions
• We are not liable for third-party services

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability. Check your local laws.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReckMe, its affiliates, and employees from:

• Claims arising from your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another
• Your content and conduct
• Legal fees and costs related to such claims

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

14.2 Arbitration

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indian Arbitration Act.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as class actions.

15. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with:

• Google services (authentication, maps)
• Apple services (authentication)
• AWS (hosting and storage)
• Razorpay (payments)
• Firebase (notifications and analytics)

Use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

16. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Service
• Change pricing and features
• Update these Terms at any time

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via:

• In-app notification
• Website updates

17. Termination

17.1 By You

Delete your account at any time through app settings.

17.2 By Us

We may terminate your account for:

• Terms violations
• Fraudulent activity
• Extended inactivity
• Any reason with or without notice

17.3 Effect of Termination

• Access to Service will cease
• Content may be deleted
• Outstanding payments remain due
• Wallet balance may be forfeited

18. General Provisions

18.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ReckMe.

18.2 Severability

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

18.3 No Waiver

Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.

18.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms. We may assign without restriction.

18.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures due to circumstances beyond our control.
